Refund Policy (Operational Draft)

Notice: This operational draft reflects currently implemented financial reconciliation and refund processing rules. Formal legal review is required prior to public launch.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated based on the cancellation terms of the confirmed reservation. Only verified payments captured via approved channels (bKash or bank transfer) are eligible for refunds.

2. Over-Refund Protection

Our financial reconciliation engine strictly calculates refundable amounts. Cumulative refunds can never exceed the remaining refundable balance (paidAmount - previousRefunds). Any excess refund request is programmatically rejected.

3. Processing Method & Timelines

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel. Administrative verification and transfer typically take 3 to 7 business days following cancellation approval.
