Cancellation Policy (Operational Draft)

Notice: This operational draft describes currently implemented reservation cancellation rules. Formal legal review is required prior to public launch.

1. General Cancellation Terms

Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM local time. Specific property cancellation policies are presented on rate plan selections during booking.

2. Free Cancellation Window

Unless designated as non-refundable on the specific rate plan, cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for cancellation and deposit return pursuant to property terms.

3. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

Guests may view and initiate cancellation requests via the Track My Booking portal or by contacting stay@tripzybd.com.
